Confidential by default
Your name, your guest list and the content of your event are shared only with the people working on your dossier. Each supplier is briefed on what it needs to deliver, nothing more.
Controlled access
Guest lists, accreditations and arrival points are handled by our team. In Agafay, the site is closed to anyone who is not expected; in the city, the venue is privatised for you alone.
No communication without your agreement
No photographs, no mention, no reference on our website or anywhere else, unless you decide otherwise in writing.

01 · First contact and confidential brief
Write to us through the request page or by email. We arrange a first exchange to understand the occasion, the guests, the dates and what matters most to you.
02 · Proposal and terms sent by email
You receive a written proposal with the approach, the possible settings and the scope we would take on. Our terms are sent by email after this first exchange.
03 · Site visits and selection
We visit the shortlisted venues with you or your representative, then select the caterers, designers and technical partners for the brief.
04 · Orchestration on the day
One team, one point of contact. We run the set-up, the arrivals, the timing and the departures, until the last guest has left.

How do we receive your proposal?
After a first exchange, you receive a bespoke proposal within 24 hours by email, with the terms of our work. Nothing is published.
Can the event take place in Marrakech itself rather than in the desert?
We work in one setting: our privatised site in the Agafay desert, 40 minutes from Marrakech. Private transfers bring your guests from the city to the plateau and back.
Who will be our point of contact?
One person, from the first exchange to the last guest leaving. The same team selects the suppliers, runs the preparation and orchestrates the day.
How is confidentiality guaranteed?
Three commitments: your dossier is shared only with the people working on it, access to the venue is controlled by our team, and nothing is communicated or published without your written agreement.
