A private dinner for two or for a very small party of close guests, served after the ceremony under the stars.

Lanterns, candles and a fire once night falls. The lighting is set for you, not for a crowd.

A small team that prepares, serves and steps back. You will see them when you need them and not before.
How the Evening Unfolds
From golden light to the stars
01 · Arrival
A private transfer from Marrakech brings you to the site in the late afternoon, with time to settle before the light changes.
02 · Golden light
The hour before sunset belongs to you and, if you wish, to your photographer. The desert is empty, the colours are at their warmest.
03 · The ceremony
The symbolic ceremony takes place as the sun goes down, for two or in front of the few people you have chosen.
04 · Dinner under the stars
The table is laid once the ceremony ends. A private dinner follows, with the fire lit and the sky open above you.
05 · Return
Your transfer takes you back to Marrakech when you are ready, at the end of the evening.

The site is made for the camera
Most couples who elope bring a photographer, and many elopement planners and photographers bring their couples here. The site already welcomes photo shoots: open ground, no other guests in the frame, the last hour of daylight and then the fire. Tell us who is coming and the ceremony is timed around the light.

From a table for two to a wedding
Some couples elope first and celebrate with everyone later. The same site hosts the larger version: a ceremony and a dinner for family and friends, from 30 guests to several hundred, still with one group per evening. Can we elope at The Long Table with only the two of us?
Yes. The site is reserved for one group per evening, and that group can be a couple on their own. Very small groups are arranged on request. Write to us with your date and we reply with a proposal.
Is the ceremony legally binding?
The ceremony at The Long Table is symbolic. Couples who need a legal marriage complete it in their home country or elsewhere and hold the ceremony and dinner with us.
Can we bring our own photographer or elopement planner?
Of course. The site already hosts photo shoots and works with photographers and planners. Tell us who you are bringing and the evening is arranged around their timing.
How far is the site from Marrakech?
The Long Table is in the Agafay desert, 40 minutes from Marrakech. Private transfers from the city are part of the formula.
Can we invite a few close guests?
Yes. An elopement can be for two, or for a handful of family and friends. Give us the number in your brief and the dinner is laid for exactly that many.
How soon do we receive a proposal?
