The Long Table composes drinks brand experiences on a fully private site in the Agafay desert, 40 minutes from Marrakech: pairing dinners with a guest chef, cuvée and limited-edition launches, masterclasses, bartender evenings and shoots, for spirits, wine, champagne and premium alcohol-free brands. One group per evening, nobody else on site, from 30 guests to 300 and beyond on request. Alcohol service takes place within the regulatory framework applicable in Morocco and is studied with you from the brief.

Pairing dinner
A menu written by a guest chef around your range, served course by course at one long table under the sky.
Cuvée or limited-edition launch
A reveal for press, trade partners and collectors, with a scenography designed around the bottle and the story behind it.
Masterclass
A tasting led by your ambassador, cellar master or blender, held in the open desert at golden hour.
Bartender evening
Your bar team or invited bartenders behind a bar designed for the night, for the trade or for your community.
Shoot
The site held for your production: the bottle, the serve and the evening itself, captured in natural light and then under the stars.

The Pairing Dinner
The pairing dinner under the stars
Guests arrive at golden hour, when the plateau turns copper. A first serve is poured as the light goes, then the table appears: one long table, set by the designers we invite.
The guest chef writes the menu with your team, so that each course answers a reference, a vintage or an expression. Your ambassador speaks between courses. After dinner come a show, the campfire and a sky without light pollution. Nobody else is on site, and the evening runs at the pace you choose.

A regulatory framework, studied first
Alcohol service takes place within the regulatory framework applicable in Morocco. Service conditions and logistics are studied with you from the brief, and nothing is promised before it has been checked.
Total privacy
The site is privatised for your group alone. An unreleased cuvée stays among the people you invited.
Confidentiality
Your brand and your guests are shared only with the people working on the project. Nothing is published by us without your written agreement.
Every guest considered
Alcohol-free options are part of every menu we compose, and transfers from Marrakech are coordinated for the whole group.

A guest chef, invited for your event, writes the menu with your team around your range. Dietary requirements are noted from the brief.
How many guests can attend?
From 30 guests to 300 and beyond on request. For a pairing dinner or a trade launch, 30 to 300 guests is the format we compose most often.
Can we film the launch or the dinner?
Yes. The site works as a venue and as a content studio. Filming, drones and technical needs are studied with you from the brief and coordinated with your production teams.
Can we propose a specific brand action to you?
