Why 30 to 300

The format where everything can be composed by hand

One table or several

At 30, one long table under the stars. At 300, several tables, a stage and a dance floor. Every layout in between is drawn for your group.

Every guest known to the team

Our team knows your guest list before the first arrival: who sits where, who needs looking after, who is being surprised.

A controlled rhythm

Golden hour, welcome drinks, dinner, show, dancing or stargazing: the sequence is written with you and run to the minute.

The Site, Yours Alone

Full privatisation, concretely

  • No other group on site: one event per evening, from first arrival to last departure
  • The whole plateau, tables, lounges, fire pits and kitchens, for your guests only
  • A team briefed on your group alone, from the welcome to the transfers back
  • Décor, menu and programme composed for you, never from a catalogue
  • Controlled access: no one enters who is not expected
  • All inclusive: décor, catering, team, light, sound and transfers in one proposal

Composed For Each Dossier

Designers, guest chefs, shows, activities

Designers

Scenography, lighting, the art of the table and ephemeral décor. Designers are invited for each dossier, from a single candlelit table to a complete set across the plateau. No house style is imposed.

Guest chefs

Renowned chefs invited according to the project: signed menus, an author's dinner, Moroccan and international cuisine cooked on site, written for your group and its dietary requirements.

Shows

Live music, including the Gnaoua musicians who open our evenings, performances, fire, dance, mapping or projection on the desert itself, composed to measure for the evening.

Bespoke activities

Camel ride at the golden hour, guided hike across the plateau, pottery workshop with Moroccan artisans, campfire and stargazing, chosen with you for the hours before dinner.
