Tell us the chef or collective, the dates or a window, the number of guests and the idea of the table. Timings are studied with you from the brief.

A written proposal reaches you within 24 hours, composed around your concept and your kitchen.
3 · Visit and confirmation
A visit to the site is possible on request, kitchen included. Once you confirm, we prepare the service with you.

Can we bring our own chef or team?
Yes. You can cook with your own brigade, or we can invite a guest chef around your concept. Either way, one team coordinates everything.
How many guests can a supper club host?
Our base formats run from 30 to 300 guests, up to 300 seated. Smaller or larger tables are possible on request.
How is the kitchen organised?
The set-up is studied with you from the brief: equipment, preparation space and the support you need around your team.
Is the supper club open to the public?
No. The site is private: one group per evening and nobody else on site, so the table is yours.
Can a residency last several days?
Yes. The site can be held for you over several days, on request, with accommodation arranged for your team.
