The CEOs Meeting is a council held in the open air: a small circle of chief executives, one long table and no screens, on a plateau in the Agafay desert that is privatised for your group, 40 minutes from Marrakech. It runs over one day and one evening, or over two days, and welcomes groups from 12 guests on request up to 40.

A council without the corridors
Many leadership meetings borrow a hotel ballroom and bring the office with them. The CEOs Meeting does the opposite. A small circle of leaders sits at a long table on a stone plateau, facing an open horizon, with one subject per session and no technology in the room.
The setting does part of the work. There are no corridors, no neighbouring groups and no notifications, so conversations go deeper and stay shorter. The site is closed to everyone else, and what is said at the table stays at the table.

The day
1 · A walk at dawn
The group walks the plateau at daybreak, in silence or in conversation, before anyone sits down.
2 · Sessions at the long table
One subject per session, led by a moderator, with no screens. The table is set like a board table, with no visible technology.
3 · Walk and talk
In the afternoon, pairs walk in the desert. Others rest in the shade or join a calligraphy or tea workshop.
The evening
4 · A guest at sunset
A guest speaker addresses the group as the light drops over the Atlas.
5 · Dinner at the long table
A dinner composed with guest chefs, served at one table.
6 · The fire
Conversation around the fire, with no agenda.
