Board meetings are usually squeezed into a few hours, in a room that everyone knows. The Board Offsite gives the discussion room to breathe. Closed sessions take place in the morning, open moments fill the afternoon, and a private dinner closes the day, all on a site that no one else can enter.
Discretion is part of the design. The group has one contact, private transfers and a closed site. A confidentiality agreement can be signed on request.
