Signature evenings, March to May 2027
The season runs from March to May 2027, and the calendar is available on request. A private booking of the plateau always takes priority, so each date is confirmed with you.
These evenings are private editions on invitation. The Long Table hosts and composes each one, and chooses the guest list with its partners: retreat organisers, hotels, concierge services and communities.
Silence Dinner
A whole dinner without a word, with the desert making the sound. Guests hand in their phones, walk in silence to the table and share five courses guided by a written menu card, with a singing bowl between services. Speech returns around the fire.

Stargazing Meditation and Dance
A garden of lights in the desert. After dusk, lanterns mark a path to the table. An astronomer names the constellations during a guided meditation under the sky, then come a light dinner and dancing to a DJ and live percussion. It is held on a moonless night.

Full Moon Long Table
One long table under the full moon, with the trance of Gnaoua musicians. Guests arrive at sunset, watch the moon rise over the Atlas and dine at one table. The musicians play after dinner, around the fire.

Sunrise Breathwork and Sound
The morning signature. The group leaves Marrakech before dawn for breathwork at sunrise, yoga or pilates and a sound bath, then a brunch facing the Atlas and a camel walk.

Iftar of Lights
During Ramadan, the fast is broken in the desert by lantern light, at the exact time, with dates, milk and harira. An iftar dinner at the long table follows, with a storyteller, Sufi or Andalusian music, then tea and pastries under the stars.

Women's Circle under the New Moon
A circle of women, a new moon, the desert. An arrival walk, a guided talking circle, a henna ritual and a storyteller, dinner, then song and dance by the fire.

Agafay Lights
The thread of the season: a light installation by an artist or a lighting studio, with a path of light and a central piece, serving as the setting of the evenings.
