The Founders Reunion brings a cohort back together where nobody expects it: one evening on a plateau in the Agafay desert that is privatised for your group, 40 minutes from Marrakech. It is designed for the founders of one accelerator, one fund or one graduating class, from 40 to 150 guests, with a day programme as an option.

Alumni events tend to repeat the same format: a room, a panel, an hour of networking. The Founders Reunion replaces it with an evening that has a shape of its own. Guests arrive at golden hour, sit in a circle around a fire, share a long dinner and end under a night sky.
At the centre is the founders' circle. Each founder tells the group one thing they have never said to their cohort. A master of ceremonies keeps the rhythm and the respect, and the rest of the evening follows from what has been shared.
