The Long Table designs fully private investor summits and annual LP meetings in Marrakech for investment funds, family offices and financial groups, over several days and from 30 to 300 participants and beyond. Plenary sessions and accommodation take place in Marrakech venues selected for each project, and the evenings on our privatised site in the Agafay desert, 40 minutes from the city, with one group per evening and one point of contact.

Typical Three-Day Programme
Three days, composed for each project
Day 1 · Arrivals and opening dinner
Transfers from the airport, check-in at the selected palace, hotel or villas, then a first dinner to set the tone of the summit.
Day 2 · Sessions and gala evening in the desert
Plenary sessions and breakouts in Marrakech, then the gala evening in Agafay: dinner by guest chefs, scenography by guest designers, shows composed for the night.
Day 3 · Activities and departures
A morning of activities in the desert or the city, a last lunch, then staggered departures to the airport.

From 30 participants up to 300 and beyond on request. Most annual LP meetings fall within our signature format of 30 to 300 guests, with one group per evening on our Agafay site.
How is confidentiality handled?
Your dossier is shared only with the people working on it, access is controlled with security arrangements designed with your teams, and nothing is communicated without written agreement. Non-disclosure agreements on request.
Can you run a programme over several days?
Yes. A typical summit runs over three days: arrivals and opening dinner, sessions and a gala evening in the desert, then activities and departures. Every programme is composed for the project.
Do you arrange accommodation for investors?
Yes. Palaces, hotels and villas in Marrakech are selected for each project on request, according to the number of participants and the level of privacy required.
How far in advance should we start?
As early as your calendar allows. Send us your dates and an approximate number of guests: you receive a first proposal within 24 hours and a realistic schedule.
What are your terms?
Designed for exceptional projects, each summit is a bespoke proposal. Our terms are communicated upon review of your brief and are never published.
