The Long Table organises fully private partners offsites and leadership retreats in Marrakech for investment funds, financial groups and their portfolio companies, from an intimate partnership of 30 to 300 executives. Strategy sessions take place in Marrakech venues selected for each project, the evenings on our privatised site in the Agafay desert, 40 minutes away, with one group per evening and nothing shared with anyone else.

Three days, composed for each project
Day 1 · Arrivals and opening dinner
Airport transfers, check-in at the selected palace, hotel or villas, then an opening dinner for the partners.
Day 2 · Strategy sessions and gala evening in the desert
Working sessions in a private Marrakech venue, then a gala evening on our Agafay site, with a menu by guest chefs, scenography by guest designers and a show composed for the group.
Day 3 · Activities and departures
Activities chosen for the group in the desert or the city, a last lunch together, then departures.

From 30 participants up to 300 and beyond on request. Most offsites sit within our signature format of 30 to 300 guests, and the Agafay site is always privatised for one group per evening.
How do you protect the confidentiality of an offsite?
The dossier is shared only with the people working on it, access is controlled with security arrangements designed with your teams, and nothing is communicated without written agreement. Non-disclosure agreements on request.
Can the offsite run over several days?
Yes. A typical format runs over three days: arrivals and opening dinner, strategy sessions and a gala evening in the desert, then activities and departures. Each programme is composed for the project.

In palaces, hotels or villas in Marrakech, selected for each project on request according to the size of the group and the privacy required.
