The Long Table organises fully private family office retreats in Marrakech: family councils, multi-generation reunions and family celebrations over several days, from 30 relatives to several hundred guests. Meetings and accommodation take place in Marrakech venues selected for each family, and the evenings on our privatised site in the Agafay desert, 40 minutes away, with one group per evening and complete discretion.

Three days, composed for each project
Day 1 · Arrivals and family dinner
Airport transfers, check-in at the selected palace, hotel or villas, then a first dinner that brings every branch of the family to the same table.
Day 2 · Family council and gala evening in the desert
Meetings of the family council or the shareholders in a private Marrakech venue, a separate programme for the younger generation, then the gala evening in Agafay with guest chefs, guest designers and a show.
Day 3 · Activities and departures
Activities for every generation in the desert or the city, a last lunch together, then departures.

Access, arrival points and movements are planned with the family office and its security advisers. In Agafay, no one else is on site that evening.
No communication
No photographs, no mention and no reference anywhere, unless the family decides otherwise in writing.
