The Women Leaders Circle is a day and an evening for executives and founders, on a privatised plateau in the Agafay desert 40 minutes from Marrakech. It is composed for 20 to 80 women, and from 12 guests on request, around one table and one sky.

A circle, a table and a sky
Many women's leadership programmes are held in hotel meeting rooms, between two flights. This format starts from the opposite premise: take the time, leave the screens, and give a group of women who lead organisations a place where the conversation can go further than a panel allows.
The day alternates speaking and rest. Circles bring the group together, short workshops give the discussion a direction, and a wellbeing moment gives the afternoon room to breathe. The evening ends at a long table, then under the stars.
The site is held for your group alone. What is said in the circle stays in the circle, and nothing is photographed without your agreement.

Programme
How the day and the evening unfold
Timings are studied with you from the brief. A typical structure:
1 · Opening circle
Guests are collected in Marrakech and arrive on the plateau. An opening circle, guided by a facilitator, lets each person say who she is and what she came to ask.
2 · Short workshops
Two or three working sessions of moderate size, on the themes you choose: leadership, succession, investment, health, transmission. Rooms are open air, tents or shade, depending on the weather.
3 · A wellbeing moment
Breathing and yoga at sunset, led by a teacher. Participants take part as they wish, and the programme leaves room to rest or walk.
4 · Dinner
One long table for the whole circle, with menus by a guest chef and a musician playing softly, so the conversation carries.
5 · Closing circle under the stars
Around the fire, each person shares what she takes away. An astronomer can name the constellations for those who wish.

Group size
The plateau hosts 30 to 300 guests as standard. This format is usually composed for 20 to 80 guests, and from 12 guests on request.
Season
Bookings for the 2027 season open from mid-December 2026. Dates are set with you from your brief. Evenings are cool in winter, so we plan blankets and fires.
Duration
A day and an evening, or two days if you want a longer programme. Timings are studied with you from the brief.
Proposal
Proposal on request. Send a brief with your window, the number of guests and the themes you want to work on. You get a first reply within 24 hours of your brief, then a tailored proposal within a few days.

Do we bring our own facilitator and speakers?
You can. We also bring in a facilitator, a yoga or breathing teacher and a musician if you prefer, and we coordinate everything with your own speakers.
Is the gathering confidential?
Yes. The site is held for your group alone and closed to anyone else. Nothing is photographed or recorded without your agreement.
Are dietary needs accommodated?
Menus are written with the guest chef and adapted to each diet, including vegetarian, vegan and halal requests, as you tell us in the brief.
