The Idea

A day of challenges, an evening of awards

Incentive programmes often end with a gala that looks like every other gala. The Executives Challenge builds the evening out of the day: teams compete across the plateau, a ranking forms, and the trophies are awarded on a stage at night in front of the whole group.

The desert gives the challenges their scale. There is room to walk, to build, to race and to cook, with no other group in sight, and the closing dinner takes place on the same site where the day was played.
