Dealer and Client Experience
in the Marrakech Desert

The Dealer and Client Experience is a brand event of one to three days on a privatised plateau in the Agafay desert, 40 minutes from Marrakech, for 50 to 300 guests. Your dealers and your clients arrive at a site held for your brand alone, where the unveiling, the product experience and the dinner take place on open ground.

The Idea

A brand event on open ground

Dealer conventions and client days often take place in the same hotel ballrooms as everyone else's. The Agafay plateau offers a different frame: a stone plateau, an open horizon and no other event on site. The setting does part of the work before anyone speaks.

The format is built around a product moment at the end of the afternoon, when the light is low, and around time that lets dealers and clients talk to each other and to your leadership. Nothing is shown to a public. The site is closed and the guest list is yours.

The same Agafay landscape has hosted runway shows by Saint Laurent, Guess and Giorgio Armani × Kith, so it is a place that production teams already know how to work in.

Audience

Who it is for

Brands that invite the people who sell and buy their products, in sectors where the experience is part of the product:

  • Premium automotive and mobility brands inviting dealer networks and owner clients
  • Private aviation and yachting companies hosting prospects and members
  • Watchmaking and jewellery houses welcoming retailers and collectors
  • Premium consumer brands presenting a collection or a new range to partners
  • Event and brand agencies producing an experience for a client and needing a site to do it

Programme

How the days unfold

Timings are studied with you from the brief. A typical structure over one to three days:

1 · Arrival and welcome

Guests are collected in Marrakech and driven to the plateau, the last stretch on a dirt track. A welcome, a walk on the site and a short briefing set the tone.

2 · The unveiling

At golden hour, the product or the collection is revealed in the open air, on a stage and under a lighting design composed with your production team.

3 · Product experience

The open ground of the plateau can host a driving or handling experience, a static display or a guided demonstration. Routes, safety and marshals are planned with your technical team before the day.

4 · Brand dinner

One long table for all guests. Dealers and clients sit together, with your leadership among them. A short address between courses, then conversation.

5 · Content and further days

If your own crew films or photographs, we coordinate access, light and timing with you. A second or third day can host dealer training, one-to-one client meetings or an excursion in the region.
